MIYABI — HEALTHCARE
Miyabi is a landscape across the flexible partition wall of Healthcare’s meeting room. Created by Ramona Nieuwenhuisen through Galerie Ptah, the commission brings a forest, mountains and a temple into the office interior.

Miyabi: an artwork made for the room
The brief was tied to a practical part of Healthcare’s new office: a meeting-room wall made from separate movable panels. Through Galerie Ptah, Ramona was asked to create an artwork for that wall, taking the interior and the client’s wishes as her starting point.
The room’s colours and materials guided the palette. Ramona used muted greens and warm tones for a landscape of foliage, mist-covered mountains and a temple. The photographs show how these colours sit alongside the wood, table and seating.

One landscape across separate panels
With the partition closed, Miyabi reads as one continuous landscape. The trees and mountains carry the composition across the panel divisions, with the temple near the centre. The full-room photograph makes both the scale and the construction of the wall visible.
The detail photographs show the temple, birds and gold-coloured signature. Together with the overall view, they show how the work can be read from across the room and from close by.
