Ramona Nieuwenhuisen is a contemporary digital fine artist based in the Netherlands. In her studio she creates refined layered artworks in exclusive limited editions, combining photography, digital painted layers and distinctive materials such as leather texture, felt and subtle gold leaf accents. Her work is created for collectors and carefully curated interiors, and is available through selected galleries and private commissions.

Limited editions
All artworks are released in carefully curated limited editions. Edition sizes vary per work and are specified on the individual artwork pages on this website. Each piece is delivered with a numbered and signed certificate of authenticity.
Materials and production
Each artwork is digitally composed using layered photographic and digital painting techniques. The final work is professionally produced by a specialized fine art lab and printed on distinctive materials such as leather texture and selected fine art surfaces. Where applicable, artworks are enhanced with subtle gold leaf accents and carefully finished by hand. Each piece is presented in a high quality frame and includes a professional hanging system.
Pricing
Artwork prices are listed on the website. Detailed information regarding price, edition size and dimensions can be found on each artwork page. Pricing depends on size, material and edition. For a tailored quotation, custom size or specific request, please get in touch.
Commissions
Selected custom commissions are accepted on request. Commissioned works are created in close consultation and require a deposit prior to production. Due to their bespoke nature, commissioned artworks cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started.
Delivery and liability
Delivery is arranged with great care, either through selected galleries or agreed transport partners. Responsibility for the artwork transfers to the client upon confirmed delivery. Any visible transport damage must be reported immediately upon receipt.
Copyright and intellectual property
All artworks, images, photographs and content on this website and across social media channels are fully protected by copyright and intellectual property law. They remain the exclusive property of Ramona Nieuwenhuisen Art and Design, both nationally and internationally, even after purchase by third parties.
Usage restrictions and licensing
The purchase or licensing of an artwork grants the right for personal use only. Copying, reproducing, distributing, publishing, commercially exploiting or modifying any artwork or image without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. This applies to both digital and physical use, including distribution via social media or digital platforms.
AI usage and machine learning restrictions
The use of my artworks or images, directly or indirectly, as input for artificial intelligence systems or machine learning models, including but not limited to training, processing, generating or adapting AI generated output, is strictly prohibited without explicit prior written consent.
Enforcement and legal action
Unauthorized use or infringement of my intellectual property rights, including but not limited to unlicensed commercial use or AI related misuse, may result in legal action. Ramona Nieuwenhuisen Art and Design reserves the right to claim damages and recover legal costs in the event of infringement.
Written permission
For licensing requests, written permission or further questions regarding the use of my artworks, please contact info@ramonanieuwenhuisen.nl or use the contact form. Any use without prior written consent will be considered an infringement and will be acted upon accordingly.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
